Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up and schedule all film, rental, and sales activities, tweaking schedules as necessary to meet customer and operational demands.
- Keep in frequent touch with film clients to make sure special requests and project needs are met precisely and on time.
- Get ready TCP plan take-offs and lend a hand with estimating for film, rental, and sales projects.
- Partner closely with operations teams to make sure customer expectations and project requirements are successfully carried out.
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support ongoing projects and rentals.
- Provide outstanding customer service by replying promptly to customer inquiries and settling issues professionally.
- Keep organized project documentation, schedules, and related records.
- Support additional tasks and operational needs as assigned by the management team.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, estimating, customer service, or related operational support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams.
