Responsibilities
- Engage people over the phone with strong customer service skills
- Quickly get people what they need through strong computer and multitasking skills
- Link new clients with the right service
- Verify insurance
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Some experience in a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
