What You'll Do

  • Provide clerical support
  • Word-processing, filing, photocopying
  • Office supply ordering and management
  • Keep listing of issues, opportunities, new policies, etc., to create agenda for meetings
  • Taking and distributing of meeting minutes
  • Typing of reports/notes/etc
  • Create and maintain databases for various agency projects
  • Compile ECR data reports
  • Compiling and distributing ESMC
  • Staff schedule creation
  • Creating (layout, design versus writing of articles) and distributing ESMC newsletter
  • Submit needed logs, reports and receipts to CorporateAssist Director
  • Compile monthly reports that will be filtered into quarterly reports
  • Printing of all needed materials
  • Cooking office needs with appropriate personnel (ie: supply ordering, building maintenance needs, I.T. issues, etc…)
  • Check work e-mail according to agency protocol
  • Participate in and complete all required trainings
  • Other duties as assigned

    What We Require

    • This is an onsite role.
    • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must have access to a personal vehicle for business purposes and possess a valid driver’s license with less than (3) points as well as current automobile insurance.
    • Must have strong Excel and data reporting skills, with experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports to ensure data accuracy, monitor key metrics, and support operational and strategic decision-making.
