Admin Assistant
About the role
As part of the Nursing Midwifery and Allied Health Professions (NMAHP) Directorate, the Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Directorate. The role involves working as part of the business support team, offering advice and support, and sharing information and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the NMAHP Directorate, including data processing and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support colleagues across the Directorate with tasks and information sharing.
- Offer advice and guidance to colleagues on various administrative matters.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations.
- A high attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team and with external stakeholders.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience managing work across multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
The role requires a strong foundation in administrative support and a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. No specific qualifications are required, but experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
