ADMIN ASSISTANT
Position Summary
The Admin Assistant provides clerical and general support to the assigned department. The Admin Assistant promotes the effective flow of information and manages office services in a manner that positively supports hospital operations in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health System.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Graduate/GED required.
- Experience: Medical terminology and computer experience necessary, basic math skills excellant typing skills attention to detailand advanced computer skills required.
- Licensure/Certification: not required
- Knowledge: Office organization, time management and problem-solving skills: diplomacy, flexibilityand telephone etiquette; excellent business skills. Skilled in maintaining information as highly confidential. English skills and familiarity with business formats and principles for correspondence and files.
