About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting operations, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. The role operates within a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting organization that values efficiency, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams, using tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems to manage scheduling, reporting, and candidate records. The environment involves frequent shifting of priorities and schedules, requiring flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs. Work is primarily office-based or remote-office style, with regular use of standard business technology and communication tools such as email and phone.
