Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Adjunct Sociology Instructor include:
- Teaching varying schedules utilizing technology
- Using a variety of teaching methods in instruction

Class Schedules
Class schedules will vary from semester to semester. Classes may meet in the daytime, evenings, weekends, or online. Faculty may be asked to work a split schedule (morning and evening classes) as well as teach dual enrollment courses in assigned high schools. Faculty may be needed for face-to-face instruction.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
Minimum requirements include a Master's Degree in related discipline or a master's degree with 18 graduate hours in related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience, especially at the community and technical college or secondary level.
