About the role
Cleveland State Community College is accepting applications for an adjunct faculty pool in Workforce Development. This pool identifies, evaluates, and builds a high-quality group of instructors with experience in technical positions to provide customized training to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide industry-specific instruction tailored to client needs.
- Work with clients to develop and deliver customized training sessions.
- Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate client requirements.
- Earn additional income while sharing your expertise.
Requirements
- Experience in technical positions.
- Ability to teach effectively.
- Flexible availability to meet client needs.
- Retired industry leaders and past military personnel are encouraged to apply.

Benefits
The pay is based on experience and occupation standards and is hourly. No guarantees of open positions are provided, but applications are accepted on a continuous basis.
