Adjunct Faculty Pool - Workforce Development
About the role
Cleveland State Community College is seeking adjunct faculty members to provide industry-specific instruction through Workforce Development. The department is growing and expanding, and this pool of instructors will be evaluated and built to meet the needs of the college's clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized training sessions tailored to the needs of local community industries.
- Work with clients to expand the knowledge, skills, and abilities of their employees.
- Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate customized training requirements.
- Earn additional income while sharing expertise with local businesses.
Requirements
- Experience in technical positions.
- Ability to teach effectively.
- Retired industry leaders and past military personnel with technical training are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific topics.
- Flexible availability to accommodate training schedules.

Schedule
Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer terms. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed when openings become available.
