Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in Legal Studies, Law or a closely related field.
  • Candidates with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated experience with policy development and implementation is recommended.

Qualifications

The applicant should have specific knowledge about civil rights and liberties, legal procedures, criminal law, constitutional law, and the development and implementation of policy to shape the criminal justice system.

Skills

Interest in participating in student-centered service activities.

Desire to apply expertise in promoting civic engagement with the College's many community partners.

This current posting is for individuals with education and experience in law and policy in order to teach courses such as Courts and the Judiciary, Privacy and Equality, Policy and Program Evaluation and/or Criminal Law.
