Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
- Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
- Work with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Experience in outside/field sales is required.
- CRM experience required, with Salesforce preferred.
Essential Skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a sales or negotiation role with customers is advantageous.
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in the field.
- Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technology.
- Able to travel up to a four-hour round trip daily.
Benefits
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits to be part of a newly launched delivery program in the area. As an Outside Sales Rep, your primary responsibility will be recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program's benefits, qualify participants, assist with the application process, and drive referrals through community organizations. Additionally, you will organize and execute recruitment events. This role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers the potential to earn commissions.
