Key Responsibilities

• Aid the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing the nursing department.
• Mentor, supervise, and educate nursing staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Implement quality improvement processes to maintain regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication management protocols.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
