Addiction Treatment Support - Part Time

About the role

The Adult Residential Support Professional provides care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment programs, serving as a positive role model and assisting residents in achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interact with residents
• Document behaviors
• Assist with housekeeping
• Distribute supplies
• Monitor medications
• Share updates while maintaining confidentiality
• Respond to emergencies
• Support treatment plans
• Attend training
• Lead group activities
• Provide basic first aid
• Transport residents as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; coursework toward a bachelor's preferred
• Prior experience in similar services is preferred
• Must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's license is preferred
• DHS 83 training is required after hire

• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability for outdoor and indoor activities
• Capacity to work in a community residential setting
• Travel up to 25-50% may be required
