About the role
We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide care, support, and treatment in a substance use disorder (SUD) rehabilitation facility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and maintain records
- Assist with medication management and support treatment plans
- Respond to emergencies and provide positive role modeling
- Perform housekeeping and support residents’ life skills
- Facilitate group activities
- Transport residents as needed
- Assist with meal preparation
- Collect urine samples and administer basic first aid
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in social services or related fields
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Completion of relevant training (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers
- Physical ability to perform job duties
