Addiction Recovery Support - Public Loan Forgiveness Eligible

About the role

This position supports residents in a substance use disorder treatment facility by providing care, monitoring behavior, and assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Administer medication as prescribed
• Respond to emergencies and crises
• Support residents in achieving their treatment goals
• Participate in group activities and therapeutic sessions
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide transportation for residents when needed
• Prepare and serve meals
• Administer basic first aid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: related experience or coursework in social services, behavioral health, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy for documentation and communication
• Ability to work in a community setting, including outdoor activities
• Commitment to safety and confidentiality policies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
