About the role
Full-time, benefits-eligible, 3rd shift position in a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and provide positive role modeling for residents
- Record observations and maintain records of resident behavior
- Perform housekeeping, medication monitoring, and assist with daily life skills
- Provide crisis intervention, respond to emergencies, and support treatment plans
- Transport residents, assist with meals, and facilitate group activities
- Collect urine specimens, administer breathalyzer tests, and administer basic first aid
- Ensure confidentiality and collaborate with external partners
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED; related experience or college credits preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, problem-solve, and adhere to professional boundaries
- Knowledge of DHS 83 requirements and basic computer skills
Additional Info
- Work in community-based residential environment with outdoor activities and possible yard work
- Travel up to 50% may be required
