About the role
Join as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling services, conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and develop treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and referrals
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Perform case management duties
- Coordinate community support services
- Maintain clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate’s degree in human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
- Experience working with justice-involved populations preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
