Addiction Counselor - Full Benefits

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for substance use recovery
• Conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and develop treatment plans
• Manage cases and coordinate community support services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support clients in achieving stability and personal goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate's degree in human services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
• Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
