About the role
We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning, and deliver case management services. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, supporting clients in their recovery goals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate's degree in a related field (bachelor's preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction and recovery principles
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
