About the role

Full-time 40 hours per week on rotating shifts covering six working days; monthly schedule published one month in advance with one or two Sundays off per month depending on store needs. Temporary contract for three months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and handling goods (loading/unloading), restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness and order in both warehouse and store.
• Operating the cash register, concluding purchases, answering customer questions, and promoting ongoing offers.
• Providing product advice and assistance to deliver a unique shopping experience.
• Setting up product displays to create dm’s characteristic welcoming atmosphere.
• Organizing, setting up, and executing promotions.

Requirements

• Previous work experience and preferably formal training in retail, large-scale distribution, or commerce.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to meet targets, even during peak workloads.
• Willingness to undertake short business trips paid for by the company.
• Customer-first mindset: empathy, engagement, clear communication, and trust.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong team-player attitude.
