Responsibilities
- Analyze defined projects and break down the work to help define milestones and success criteria
- Identify when implementations lack high availability or contain defects; investigate systemic patterns
- Resolve, mitigate, or escalate operational concerns in a timely manner
- Support the operational stability of CloudWatch and CloudWatch Logs services in ADC environments
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
- 1+ years Linux systems administration experience
- 1+ years technical troubleshooting / support experience
- 1+ years of networking experience
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
Qualifications
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services
- Experience with systems administration on either Linux/UNIX or Windows operating systems
Skills
Strong candidates will have experience with Linux command line and bash or Python scripting in large-scale environments, and solid understanding of networking and distributed systems concepts. You should demonstrate enthusiasm for technical deep-dives, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and organize complex work.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
