Responsibilities

• Promotes and practices fire and safety prevention.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid State driver's license.
• Valid local, state or federal Public Safety/Security licensure (to be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Completion of Basic 16‑hour Public Safety/Security course within 180 days of hire (may be part of licensure).
• Federal, State, and Municipal licensure timeframes take precedence over internal IAHSS certification timelines.
