Job Description
As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of outpatient centers, including patient care technicians (PCTs) who support and collaborate with registered nurses (RNs) to provide dialysis treatment. You will also manage inpatient staff, ensuring efficient staffing and operations, and collaborate with contracted facility representatives to maintain survey readiness.
Success Profile
A successful candidate will demonstrate strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for building deep relationships with patients. They should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience, along with the ability to develop a unique care plan for each patient.
