Acute Care Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals experiencing acute medical conditions in a fast-paced hospital environment. The nurse will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities Promote patient and family education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.Develop and document care plans with clear goals, coordinating communication across care teams.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural backgrounds.Maintain safety standards, demonstrating alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-acuity setting.Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to professional development and patient safety.
