Acute Care Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

The position involves providing high-quality acute care nursing for patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, considering cultural and individual preferences.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with at least 2 years of experience (preferred)
