Acute Care Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

Providing high-quality Acute Care Medicine RN services, you will deliver direct patient care for individuals with complex medical conditions, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and document personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers
• Participate in professional development activities
• Ensure communication across the care continuum
• Adhere to safety standards in a safety-sensitive environment

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum requirement)
• RN license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Less than 2 years of experience (preferred)
