Acute Care Nurse - Night Shift

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with an interprofessional team.
• Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

• Developing and documenting personalized care plans with clear goals and effective communication across care teams.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour night shifts with a $15,000 sign-on bonus eligible.
