Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Night Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking to ensure individualized care. The role emphasizes relationship-based care, cultural competence, and partnering with patients and families to align treatment with their goals. RN's coordinate care, document accurately, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. They support team collaboration, participate in performance improvement, and serve as preceptors or mentors to foster workforce development. The position requires maintaining current licensure, certifications (BLS, ACLS), and completing ongoing professional development. Preferred candidates have less than one year of clinical experience; however, all qualified RNs committed to excellence and safety are encouraged to apply.
