Acute Care Nurse – Night Shift

Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance, and engages in ongoing professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the team and patients, ensuring clear communication across care settings.
