Acute Care Nurse - Full Time Nights

Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative team input, ensuring clear communication across the continuum of care.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.Supports a safe environment, working alertly and safely as a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications And Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license, and no prior experience.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
