Actors/Customer Service for Kids Birthday Parties (Northbrook)

Job Summary

Kids Science Labs is seeking a Birthday Team Member to deliver exceptional birthday party experiences for kids and their families. This is a part-time role requiring Saturday and Sunday availability.

What You Will Do

• Guide kids in hands-on science experiences such as slime making and chemical reactions
• Engage groups of 10-30 kids and parents in a memorable and exciting hands-on experience
• Work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively both verbally and via electronic means
• Laugh and have fun with kids

Requirements

• Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in childcare, theater, or education
• Able to engage children
