Guest Service Team

About the role

WonderWorks Panama City Beach is seeking dynamic individuals to join the Guest Services Team. This team positively interacts with guests and helps spark their imagination through the storytelling of our upside-down building, ensuring guests have a WONDERful experience.

Responsibilities

• Positive interactions with guests
• Helping guests navigate the hands-on exhibits
• Ensuring safe practices and recognizing guest needs
• Communicating effectively and providing excellent customer service
• Standing, stooping, bending, and walking for prolonged periods
• Lifting and/or moving up to 25-50 pounds
• Working various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Observational skills to ensure safety and guest needs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds
• Previous themed entertainment experience preferred
