Guest Service Team Member

About the role

Knott's Berry Farm Guest Service Team Members work in a variety of positions including Ride Operator, Food and Beverage, Gate Attendant, Park Service Attendant, Games, Merchandise, Dishwasher, Food Service Team Member, and many more. All positions are seasonal and require applicants to be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise noted.

Responsibilities

• Operate rides, manage food and beverage service, attend gates, provide park services, run games, handle merchandise, and perform dishwashing and food service tasks.
• Interact with guests to create a welcoming experience and make their day amazing.
• Deliver fast and accurate service while contributing to the park’s safety record.
• Work as part of a team, sharing enthusiasm for creating a fun environment.

• Minimum age 18 (unless otherwise noted).
• Desire to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to punctuality and working scheduled shifts.

Pay

$16.90 per hour.
