Actors/Customer Service for Kids Birthday Parties (Seattle)

About the role

Kids Science Labs is seeking a Birthday Team Member to lead hands-on science experiments for children during their birthday parties. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who can engage groups of young kids and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 90-minute birthday party experiences for kids aged 4-12
• Guide kids through hands-on science activities such as making slime and exploring chemical reactions
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure a memorable experience for guests
• Manage the dynamic environment of a birthday party
• Engage and interact with children and their families
• Communicate effectively both verbally and via electronic means
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Laugh and have fun while leading the group

Requirements

• Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in childcare, theater, education, or retail
• Ability to engage children and adapt to different situations
