Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI [Required] (Must be able to obtain a CI Poly) Job Type: Full-Time Target Salary Range*:$101,000 - $102,000 This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary Position Overview The Activity Security Representative III provides multi-disciplined security support to a customer facility and organization. This position delivers day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Key Responsibilities Document Control and Classified Material Management Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.Assist with maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence.Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.Perform destruction of classified materials.Process magnetic media for accountability.Provide reproduction support for classified materials.Maintain daily logs associated with document control.Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files.Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence.Prepare, process, and review inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts. Personnel and Access Security Maintain an extensive customer point-of-contact database.Research, process, file, and maintain inbound and outbound visit notices.Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs.Assist with preparing facility access control badges.Conduct entry and exit inspections.Assist in maintaining facility access control systems, including visitor control.Perform data entry in the Personnel Access Security System (PASS) database and maintain customer-sponsored billets and quota information.Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel.Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel.Prepare, process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility.Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process questionnaires.Conduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), and SAPNP reviews for personnel being submitted for SAP access.Perform data entry and record checks in the Air Force Access Data System (AFADS) and maintain current customer-sponsored personnel access information.Perform security indoctrinations. Security Compliance and Program Support Follow and enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Support security awareness and education programs.Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of government organizations and industry.Provide miscellaneous administrative support as directed by the Contractor Site Lead and/or Senior Security Representative. Leadership and Quality Assurance Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members. Qualifications Experience 5–7 years of related experience. [Required]Resume must demonstrate 2+ years of SAP experience. [Required] Clearance Active TS/SCI clearance. [Required]Must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph. [Required] Education Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree counts as four years of experience.Associate's degree in a related field counts as two years of experience. Certifications Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts as one year of experience.Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts as one year of experience.A maximum of three years of equivalent experience may be applied through SPED certifications.One year of experience may be credited for each separate SPED certification, not to exceed three years. Preferred Qualifications Experience Special Access Program (SAP) experience.Bachelor's degree.
