Active Transportation Outreach Administrator
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them.
Let's parse the posting.
We have:
- Position Title: Temporary Active Transportation Outreach Administrator
- Reports To: Program Manager
- Classification: Temporary [start date to 6/30/2027], Full Time, 1.0 FTE
- Compensation: $30.24 per hour
- ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND (mission etc.)
- Benefits & Perks (list)
- CANDIDATE PROFILE (description)
- Position Summary (description)
- Primary Duties And Responsibilities (list)
- Requirements (list of skills, knowledge, education and experience)
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS (description)
- WORK ENVIRONMENT (description)
- TO APPLY (application instructions) -> remove
- Successful completion of initial and ongoing employment screens... (EEO etc) -> remove boilerplate.
We need to decide sections.
We have "About the role" maybe corresponds to Position Summary? Or "About the role" could be organization background? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content.
We have:
- Organization Background: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". But they gave example "About the role". We'll use "About the role" for the position summary and maybe organization background combined? But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could split: "About the role" for Position Summary; "About the organization" not in list but we could still use "About the role" to include both? Might be okay.
Better: Use headings:
- About the role (Position Summary)
- Responsibilities (Primary Duties And Responsibilities)
- Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience)
- Benefits (Benefits & Perks)
- Pay (Compensation)
- Schedule (Classification includes Full Time, 1.0 FTE, start date to 6/30/2027)
- Physical Demands (maybe not in list but we could include as a section? Not in given examples but we could still include if content exists. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those examples. However we have Physical Demands and Work Environment content; we could incorporate them into Requirements or maybe a separate "Working Conditions" but not in list. Could we omit them? We must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot omit. So we need to include them somewhere. Could add a heading "Working Conditions" or "Physical Demands". The instruction didn't forbid other headings; just gave examples. So we can add.
Thus sections:
- About the role (Position Summary + maybe Organization Background? Actually Organization Background is about org, not role. Could be separate "About the organization". But we can include it under About the role? Might be okay but better to have separate "About the organization". Not in examples but allowed.
- Responsibilities
- Requirements
- Benefits
- Pay
- Schedule
- Physical Demands
- Work Environment
We must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.

We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
for Temporary Active Transportation Outreach Administrator.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present).
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions (TO APPLY...), also "Successful completion of initial and ongoing employment screens..." etc.
We must preserve all substantive info: that includes organization background, benefits, candidate profile, position summary, duties, requirements, physical demands, work environment, compensation, classification (schedule). Also note: "Classification: Temporary [start date to 6/30/2027], Full Time, 1.0 FTE" gives schedule info (temporary, full time, end date). We'll put under Schedule.
