Acquisition Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and texts.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
- Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High-capacity individual with strong discipline to make a large volume of calls.
- Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
- Previous sales experience preferred, if in the insurance industry that is a bonus.

Must be willing to work Pacific Time zone but can work nights and weekends also.

Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman.
Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM’s can work 8:30 – 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 – 5:30 with half hour lunch.
