Who You Will Do
- Manage and execute omni-channel services
- Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
- Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
- Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage our inventory
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere

- Understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
Specific Experience And Knowledge For This Role
- Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
- Analysing retail KPIs
- Fully fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
