Studio Supervisor

About the role

Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.

As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.

Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching, checking the schedule, answering phones, lead generation activities and following up on missed appointments.

You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.

Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Responsibilities

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Requirements

• Minimum prerequisite: Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Skills

• Patented equipment and proven protocols knowledge.
• Understanding of the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM).
• Ability to identify and correct postural and movement limitations.
• Experience working with the stretch reflex using specific applied stretching sessions.
• Knowledge of athletic performance, range of motion, stiffness reduction, and overall reaction time enhancement.
