Special Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check (CBC) required through NCDHHS
- Must complete video tutorials on NCDHHS website
- Obtain NCID (NC Identity Management Service)
- Complete CBC application process
- Pay $26.50 fee with credit card (Visa or MasterCard only)
- Print receipt for reimbursement
- Get LIVESCAN fingerprinting
- Take valid ID and $10 cash
- Print receipt for reimbursement
- Receive email with CBC results from DHHS CBC Portal
- Upload qualified letter to GCS application before approval
