Assistant Group Leader
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervision of children at all times.
- Implement planned daily activities.
- Auxiliary in planning and scheduling events.
- Auxiliary in daily site setup and take down.
- Maintain equipment and daycare property.
- Report significant behaviors to the Group Leader.
- Report any injuries immediately and fill out accident reports on that day.
- Work cooperatively with other staff members, filling out goal sheets and charts.
- Conduct Transportation Monitor duties as scheduled.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old and work under the direct supervision of a Group Leader.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or be currently enrolled in a high school program or equivalent; or at least 18 years old and work under the general supervision of the Group Leader.
- Successfully pass a CORI/SORI and fingerprint background check.

Benefits
The FSA offers a $500 signing bonus.
Pay
Hourly rate is $16.50.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 2:00 or 3 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., up to 35 hours per week in summer and vacation weeks (based on FRPS & program needs).
