Pro-Rated Starting Salary: $16.00 per hour

Special Requirements:

• ACES programs are licensed by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and require an additional Criminal Background Check (CBC).
• If selected, you must complete the following steps:
• Review video tutorials on the NCDHHS website.
• Obtain NCID (NC Identity Management Service).
• Begin the CBC application process.
• Pay $26.50 fee with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
• Get your fingerprints LIVESCAN.

Note: You will need to provide addresses for the past 5 years and may need to apply for background checks in other states. Receipts for reimbursement will be provided if hired.

After completing the CBC application and fingerprinting, you will receive an email with your results from the DHHS CBC Portal. A letter stating you are qualified under the NC Child Care Act must be uploaded to your GCS application before approval by Human Resources.
