Special Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check (CBC) required through NCDHHS
- Complete video tutorials on NCDHHS website
- Obtain NCID (NC Identity Management Service)
- Apply for and pay $26.50 fee with credit card (Visa or MasterCard only)
- Submit fingerprints via LIVESCAN at one of the provided locations
- Receive email with results from DHHS CBC Portal
- Upload qualified letter to GCS application before approval
