Accounts Receivable Supervisor
About the role
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a team of CX Representatives and Specialists. This role will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing practices and procedures impacting the customer experience in an innovative, customer centric and commercially oriented environment with the expressed purpose of implementing digital capabilities to optimize each step of the customer journey and positively transform business processes. The goal is to create and maintain an effortless customer experience resulting in increased customer loyalty, advocacy, and increased purchases.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers with overdue balances, send payment reminders, and negotiate payment plans.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing disputes, address payment inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, track collection efforts, and provide regular updates to management on collection performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy
- 3+ years in similar function
- Experience in a multinational company is desirable
- Experience in Global Business Services Center is a plus (for GBS roles)
