We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Job Type

Full-time, Hybrid (must be able to work in-office 2-3 days a week).

Pay

$55k-$60k.

Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for invoicing, payment processing, collections, and account reconciliation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Process payments, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve billing issues.
• Prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience preferred.
• QuickBooks and NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus.
