Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Post and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
