Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and maintain accurate financial records
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment status
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoicing
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and collections
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication abilities

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $25–$30/hour depending on experience
