About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Rep in our Insurance Follow-Up department. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes while supporting our patients and internal teams. Schedule
- Full-time – 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 6 AM - 6 PM
- Department: Government Billing
- Location: Onalaska, WI for training; remote eligible after training
- Must reside in WI, MN, or IA
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of work experience, preferably in a medical facility, insurance company, or office setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with medical billing and third-party payor processes is a plus
- Successful completion of core competency testing for Accounts Receivable Representatives after training
Pay
Starting pay of $19.05/hr + additional pay for experience.
