What You’ll Do
- Post all accounts receivable transactions accurately and on a timely basis
- Process customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic payments, and ensure proper application to accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting as required

What You’ll Need
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Understanding of billing, collections, and account reconciliation
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Office experience required
