Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

We are hiring an AR Analyst to join our Accounting Team in Fort Worth, Texas. You will report to the Accounting Manager and thrive in a growing, fast-paced company while leveraging strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including but not limited to:
  • Cash Application & Lockbox Management: Post cash for multiple subsidiaries deposit accounts, including daily processing of lockbox entries.
  • Strategic Collections: Manage collections for multiple subsidiaries.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations for the prior week’s activity to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Client Relations & Support: Manage and resolve client inquiries through the Zendesk ticketing system, serving as a primary point of contact for external communication.
  • Targeted Outreach: Perform direct, high-level outreach for customer accounts that exceed 90 days past due (specialized focus on high-priority accounts).
  • Financials: Ensure the accuracy of company AR aging.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete filing systems to ensure proper documentation of AR which meet standard accounting regulations.
  • Communication: Liaison with Client Services and/or Sales.
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of corporate accounting and/or AR related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a similar field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Netsuite experience is a strong plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
